Place at a Glance

Went hiking and hiking and hiking at Forest Park.

Drove up to Wisconsin to hang out with Pete's family, but after driving 5 hours to get there, we couldn't find his family.

Went down to Madison and kicked around with Ian and his friends.

Ran into Suzi, a friend I have not seen in a year, while kicking around in Madison, very random. (more info)

Went diving at the public swimming pool in Peoria. They had a good 1 meter spring board.

Went to Iowa to see the Styx and Eddy Money Concert.

Watched a bunch of drunk red necks make fools of themselves at the Styx Concert.

Packed up and hit the road.

Suzi in Madison

Now this story is kind of random. Pete and I are in Madison for the night and we go out to get some food. We go to this hole in the wall mexican restaurant (which had lousy food) and as we are standing in line this girl comes up to me. It is Suzi! I worked with Suzi two years ago when I was Covenant Pines Bible Camp. Suzi just happened to be in Madison that night visiting some friends. Talk about a small world.
